An Interview with Timothy Shanahan and Christopher Lonigan: Early childhood literacy

Colleagues and Literacy Professionals, I would like to take this opportunity to showcase NMIRA and the benefits of being a member. It begins every summer at our leadership workshop. This past summer we focused on why we are members of NMIRA and why we are promoters of literacy? By asking this question, we really had to center on our passions and beliefs. It brought a sense of renewal in our endeavors to share literacy development efforts within our state and local communities.
